Cancellation & Return Policy

At ChicLook, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us at admin@chiclook.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our return process after delivery.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing photos and/or a video as proof.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return shipping for eligible cases will be arranged or reimbursed by ChicLook.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.
- Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products.
- Blouses, fall & pico stitched items, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Items returned without prior approval or after the 48-hour reporting window.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) and COD handling fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@chiclook.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
- Our team will review your request and share the next steps within 2 business days.
- Please do not ship the item back without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
