At ChicLook, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or minor variations in colour or weave, as these are inherent to handmade textiles. However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will process a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/video of the issue must be submitted to admin@chiclook.in.
Process for Returns
- Email our support team at admin@chiclook.in with your order details and images of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will share return instructions and arrange a pickup wherever possible.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.
- Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products.
- Blouses, fall & pico stitched items, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Shipping charges, COD handling fees, and any taxes/duties already paid.
- Items returned without prior approval or after the eligibility window.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
