Welcome to ChicLook. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Within India): ₹85 flat rate; delivery in 4–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹2,000 within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes; an additional handling fee of ₹50 may apply.
- International Shipping: Available on request. Charges and delivery times will be shared based on destination.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section of your ChicLook account.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
- Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team immediately.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
- In the rare event of a lost package, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the order.
