4. Orders and Payments

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ChicLook.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any amount charged will be refunded in such cases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
• ChicLook is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of ChicLook or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
